Product Returns and Cancellations
Order Cancellations
All orders that are cancelled will have a reduction of the total order amount which will be based on the fee the credit card company charged for the original purchase and the return fee. This reduction is only to pay for the fee associated with processing customer cards as those are not charged as a separate item.
Merchandise Returns
All returns require a return authorization number for a credit to be issued and the customer is responsible for all shipping cost. If an order is cancelled after it is placed online a administrative fee will be applied for those orders where product has been pulled from stock and packaged.
Items that have been installed or damaged cannot be returned. If items are returned damaged a credit will not be issued and the customer will be responsible for the cost of getting the items back to them.
No returns allowed for cut metal, axles, or electrical components (unpackaged). Parts may be returned within 30 days and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note that returns could take up to 10 days to process from the date Champion received the returned product. Shipping charges are NON- REFUNDABLE. Proof of purchase must accompany your return. Send a copy of your original invoice with the returned goods.

Damaged Merchandise
All shipments from CT Industries are carefully packed and shipped, however if damage occurs to your package proceed as follows.
1. Notify the CARRIER immediately of any external damage to packaging.
2. Examine the contents of your package for damage, at the time of delivery. If contents are damaged notify the CARRIER immediately.
Please verify the content of your order immediately. You must report any shortages or discrepancies in your order within 36 hours of delivery in order to begin the claims process with the shipping company.
